Create events, manage services, playlists, and earnings. An Entertainer account becomes fully usable after completing onboarding and payout setup.

How to Get Started

1. 1

   Sign up or log in

   You can:

   • Sign up with Email & Password
   • Sign up or log in with Google

   During signup:

   • Select Entertainer as your role
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions
   • Receive a confirmation email

   Email reminders are sent if confirmation is not completed.

2. 2

   Complete required profile information

   To activate your entertainer profile, the following required fields must be completed:

   • Entertainer Name (public display name)
   • Phone number
   • Location
   • Cover image (PNG or JPEG, size limits apply)

   Optional:

   • Social media links
   • Music platform connection (YouTube Music – V1)

   Once all required fields are completed, your profile becomes active and visible on the platform.

   Set up services (default + custom)

   After onboarding:

   • CueCoins automatically creates default services: Tips, Shout-Outs, Song Requests, Backstage Passes

   Entertainers can:

   • Modify default services
   • Enable or disable services
   • Adjust prices within allowed ranges
   • Set purchase limits
   • Create and configure custom services per event

   Default service settings apply automatically to new events and can be customized at the event level.

4. 4

   Create playlists and manage songs

   CueCoins gives entertainers multiple ways to manage music for their events.
   
   Entertainers can create playlists by:

   • Typing songs manually (song title and artist)
   • Searching songs directly from YouTube
   • Importing playlists from their connected YouTube account

   Playlists:

   • Can be created independently of events
   • Can be reused across multiple events
   • Can be marked as public or private per event
   • Can be edited at any time (song order, additions, removals)

   Song Requests from the audience are matched against YouTube search results or added manually when needed.

5. 5

   Identity verification & payout setup (required to publish events)

   Before publishing events, entertainers must:

   • Set up their Stripe payout account
   • Complete identity verification (KYC)
   • Provide first and last name

   ⚠ Entertainers cannot publish events or receive payouts until payout setup and ID verification are completed.
   
   Verification and payout status are visible in account settings.
